What this covers

This page explains what information Rogue Valley Medical Partners LLC collects through roguevalleymedicalpartners.com and what we do with it. It covers this website only. Each practitioner in the building runs an independent practice and keeps their own client records under their own policies.

Messages you send us

If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, any phone number you choose to include, and your message. We use it only to reply to you or to pass your note to the practitioner you asked about. We don't sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list.

Please don't send medical details, diagnoses, or insurance numbers through the website or by email. Share those directly with your practitioner at your appointment.

Site analytics

To understand how people use the site and to fix what isn't working, we use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Vercel Web Analytics. These tools may record pages visited, clicks and scrolling, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity use cookies to do this.

Microsoft Clarity is set to mask all text on the page, so what you type or read here isn't captured. We use this information in aggregate and don't use it to identify you.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Microsoft and Google describe their own practices at privacy.microsoft.com and policies.google.com/privacy.

Some pages link to practitioners' own websites and to Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this page doesn't cover.
